Raw Apple Crumble

The first is Raw Apple Crumble. To make this raw apple desserts, peel and thinly slice 4 apples. Then mix the apple slices with the juice from 1/2 lemon and stir well. Prepare a food processor and add 6 pitted dates, a little water, 2 teaspoons of melted coconut oil, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of red maca powder, and 3 tablespoons of finely chopped almonds, then blend until smooth. Then sprinkle the crumbs over the apples as a topping. To make it more delicious, add cashew cream made by crushing 1/2 cup of cashews with 1/4 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Apple Cake

Raw apple desserts next is apple cake. The first step to make it is to create a base layer. Crushing 1 cup of ground walnuts, 1 cup shredded coconut, 6 dates, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Put the walnut crumb mixture into a bowl, add the coarse grated flesh of 2 apples and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and stir. Next, put the base layer mixture into a baking dish and flatten while compressing, then store it in the refrigerator.

Next, mix the melted 200 g of coconut butter, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon until well combined. Cut 2 apples and blend them with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice until smooth. Then mix and stir well with the coconut butter mixture with the other ingredients. After that, pour the mixture into a baking dish with the previously prepared base layer. Put the pan back in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and serve.
